BHRA DEDICATION PATIO BRICK OPPORTUNITY

     The Burnt Hills Rowing Association will once again offer the opportunity for families, rowers,
and businesses to buy a brick to add to our newly constructed patio area next to the Patrick C.
Breslin Strength Training Facility. We hope that you have had seen the new patio with all the
engraved bricks which form an eight person rowing shell. With the landscaping, interesting arrangement of benches, and new location, the patio is a nice location to have small group crew
meetings, do homework, wait for a ride, wait for your rowers, or just to reflect. Since many of you were not members when the original boat house was built, we are again offering the
opportunity for you to purchase a brick for $150. All money donated will be used to pay down the balance of our mortgage which is about $20,000 of the original $50,000.

     This last summer, we added approximately 20 new names. BHRA sincerely thanks you for supporting the project. Previous donors contributed at least $250 for a brick to support the boat house construction in 1998 and 1999. Please take this opportunity to get your family name on a brick in the patio. This offering will expire sometime in early May so that we can get the new bricks engraved and installed in June, 2008. Please don’t wait - the sooner we receive a donation, the sooner we reduce our mortgage.
