As a devout ski bum I do not participate in the winter strength training, however I am very pleased that nearly the entire team is currently training. Everyone who participates is sure to become stronger and have a greater ability to jump right into spring training and get the most out of it.

Soon it will be time for the spring and our trip to South Carolina is guaranteed to be an awesome week. Last year we did so much work and got in about a month of training in a week (I really want to see another Jammy-Pack water park). Once we get moving in the spring there will be no stopping us. The momentum the rowers will pick up this winter is sure to carry us towards our goal. My boat listen up- you know what needs to be done make sure that you do not let up for one day of training. It will be difficult to keep an eye on states when there is snow outside. Whenever you need motivation to work harder just think about states and how much sweeter it will be if you have been working for all of winter and spring
